From Clifford the Big Red Dog to Strawberry Shortcake, children’s characters are going from page to stage at Tarrytown Music Hall in the coming months.
The theatre has expanded its family programming. Here are some of the shows announced in a press release:

Two wonderful children’s stories brought to life by the renowned Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia; Guess How Much I Love You, the award-winning classic from author Sam McBratney and illustrator Anita Jeram, and I Love My Little Story Book, illustrator Anita Jeram’s endearing celebration of the joy of reading. Adapted, directed and designed by Jim Morrow, music by Steven Naylor, and narrated by Beau Bridges.

A plush rabbit, given as a gift to a young boy, yearns for the day the boy will choose him as his special playmate, so that he can become real. This innovative production combines the theatrical magic and signature style of Enchantment Theatre with the musical magic of Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award-Winning Composer/Arranger Don Sebesky. With an original musical score, life-sized puppets, masks and magic, Enchantment Theatre Company brings to life this charming tale of love and devotion, creating an unforgettable theatrical experience for the whole family.
