Forget Hollywood or New York City! Westchester is still where it’s at for actress Vanessa Williams.
“I live in my hometown,” the Chappaqua resident, who was born in Tarrytown and raised just outside of Chappaqua in Millwood, told USA Today in a recent interview. “It’s perfect. My mother lives next door. I’ve got the best of both worlds. I’ve got great schools. I’ve got a great piece of property and a lovely home, and I’m in the action of the city in less than an hour.”
Vanessa’s easy commute will be a big plus when she returns to Broadway as a special guest performer in “After Midnight.” She will join the hit musical from April 2 through May 11.
