Glenn Close, 67, received the Mid-Life Achievement Award from the Maine International Film Festival on Sunday night.
CentralMaine.com reports that the actress, who owns a home in Bedford (the same Westchester town where her ‘Fatal Attraction’ costar Michael Douglas lives), was thrilled to accept the moose-shaped statuette.
“This is the best award I’ve ever received,” she is quoted as saying.
Some Glenn Close awards trivia: She is a six-time Oscar nominee, a two-time Golden Globe winner, a three-time Emmy winner and a Screen Actors Guild Award winner.
Offscreen, the actress also earned three Tonys for her work on Broadway.
